Subscription Terms
These terms apply to SkyPriority Priority and Premium memberships.
Billing
Memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged. We will notify existing members before any price change affects their renewal.
Benefits and credits
Consultation credits and document review allowances are granted per billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Benefits are activated only after your payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and any amount due is calculated on a pro-rated basis and shown before you confirm.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep the benefits you have already paid for.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your membership is marked past due and you will be asked to update your payment method. We do not delete your account, documents or history.
SkyPriority Immigration Consult provides immigration-related consulting and support services. Membership or payment does not guarantee visa issuance, admission, employment, permanent residence, or any decision by an immigration authority. Final decisions are made by the relevant government, institution, employer, or authorized authority.
