Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your SkyPriority membership at any time from your dashboard.
How to cancel
Go to Dashboard → Membership and choose Cancel membership. You can also manage cancellation from the billing portal.
What happens after cancelling
Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date your account reverts to the Free plan.
Your account, uploaded documents, application history and messages are retained. Premium-only tools become read-only or locked.
Refunds
Membership fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable, as benefits and credits are made available immediately.
If you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, contact us and we will review the case individually.
Resuming
You can resume a cancelled membership before the period ends, or start a new one at any time from the membership page.

Final decisions are made by the relevant government, institution, employer, or authorized authority.
